She Kills Monsters: Kaliope’s Armor

The shoulder plate and wrist bracers were built for the actress who played Kaliope Darkwalker. A dark elf who was very agile and athletic, serving as both brain and brawn.

The armor was created out of PVC foam and leather for the straps. The most challenging part of this project was figuring out how to shape the armor so it stayed on the actress’s arm while she moved and performed aerial stunts.
